In summary, to qualify for the VTL flight:
- Travellers must be fully vaccinated (unvaccinated children aged 12 can travel via the VTL if accompanied by a fully vaccinated traveller.
- Provide proof of vaccination
- Only travelled to/ transited via any VTL countries/regions (Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Netherland, Spain, UK & US) the last 14 consecutive days
- Take PCR test within 48 hours before departure, negative COVID_19 PCR test result to be presented
