Quality support for assignees

Program Overview

Tenancy Management services provide support to assignees by facilitating the landlord/tenant relationship. A Relo Network Asia Consultant acts as a single point of contact for assignee needs and then coordinated with the landlord and any required contractors until resolution.

Program Includes

  • Initial Consultation
  • Single point of contact for the assignee and family
  • Work directly with the landlord on assignee’s behalf
  • Facilitate any required property repairs and coordinate contractors
  • Ensure acquisition of the appropriate documents pertaining to the home
  • Maintain copies of the lease agreement
  • Notify the company of upcoming or pending lease end dates
  • Provide 24 hour hotline support to assignees
  • Additional available services: Lease Renewal / Payments
