We were thrilled to earn the Silver EcoVadis rating for our work incorporating these important strategies and actions into our work.

Embracing Sustainable Service Programs

We recognize the imperative to act in an era where climate change and environmental degradation are pressing concerns. Over many years, we have meticulously re-evaluated our service programs and operations to integrate more sustainable practices. From leveraging digital solutions to minimize travel-related emissions to partnering with eco-friendly vendors, every facet of our operations is scrutinized and improved. We have also set our benchmark for the carbon footprint of one day of destination services. This has been completed for Singapore and we are working towards expanding that to all our locations. We are also implementing Sustainability information into our assignee-facing mobile apps to support greener relocation choices and living. We are proud of these achievements and optimistic about the positive impact we can continue to make.

By fostering a culture of integrity and responsibility, we ensure that our business practices are efficient and align with our core values. Our commitment to governance is reflected in our transparent reporting practices, which allow stakeholders to hold us accountable and ensure that our actions speak louder than words.

Championing Equality through Transparency

Equality is not just a goal but a fundamental principle that guides our operations. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their background, can thrive.  It’s been since 2021 that we performed a company-wide study to define our tagline, one that embodied who we are as a company and how we help others.  “Where You Belong” was the unanimous choice and we live this daily.  We continue to implement a range of initiatives. For instance, we have introduced diversity training programs to raise awareness and promote understanding of different cultures and perspectives. We also have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. Transparency is critical to achieving this vision. By openly sharing our progress, challenges, and strategies, we build trust with our stakeholders. Our initiatives are designed to dismantle barriers and foster a culture of inclusivity, providing equal opportunities for all.
