The pace of change is slowing.

Over the past few weeks, the rapid pace of changes in Asia has slowed.  Still, there is some news to report which remains mostly positive.

New visa applications are now being accepted and approved in Japan for select foreign nationals.  Thailand is opening its borders to some long-term tourists and the first commercial flight took place this week from Seoul, Korea to Hanoi, Vietnam.

We are nowhere close to where we all wish to be, but we’ve settled into an interim period between crisis and the return to normality.  We are referring to this as the “Now” Normal and for the next several weeks, we will be exploring in-depth our thoughts on re-starting global mobility during this timeframe.
