Updated arrival protocols and Stay at Home requirements as of July 22, 2020.
Now, following the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter, the employer must apply to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for permission to enter Singapore. Approval will include the window of time permitted for the employee to arrive into the country and travel must occur during these dates. When entry is approved, the employer will receive a link to the payment site. The payment covers the costs for the mandatory 14 day Quarantine hotel as well as the COVID-19 testing.
Unless the traveler has spent the past 14 consecutive days before arrival in one the following countries, they will be assigned upon arrival to a Stay Home Notice Designated Facility.

- Brunei Darussalam
- Mainland China
- New Zealand
- Republic of Korea
Costs for those who are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents are SGD $200 for COVID-19 testing and SGD $2,000 for SDF Hotel. Fees are per person and inclusive of GST.
