Mostly progress this week, but slow.

Vietnam begins to plan for international travel with plans for flights with several countries and the potential for shorted quarantine requirements for arrivals from “safe” countries.  The list of those countries qualifying as safe is yet undefined.  Australia is opening a door for entry of non-residents for critical sectors or with critical skills.

Across the board, countries are defining “high” and “low-risk” or “safe” countries based upon how well the location has managed the virus outbreak.  Travel bubbles for commuting (like in Malaysia and Singapore or Macau and Guangdong Province) and for business travel bubbles (Japan, China and Vietnam)
