The rate of rapid changes has slowed this week as anticipated. We have kept up reporting any impactful changes on our blog and have reduced these complete updates to once a week to give some relief to your inboxes.
In good news this week, Vietnam has joined China, Hong Kong, Korea, Macau and Taiwan in our operational countries list. From April 23, social distancing in Vietnam has been relaxed. We are now able to provide face-to-face services, however arrangements must be discussed in advance as travel is still somewhat limited.
This is also the start to the holy month of Ramadan celebrated across several of our countries. In many cases, the holiday is impacted by social distancing restrictions which have closed Mosques and canceled traditional community iftars. While there are challenges to traditional celebrations this year, we wish everyone Ramadan Mubarak.
We have put together a handbook regarding support services to assist with pandemic-specific challenges. You may view it here.
