As we head into what is a long weekend for many and a very special weekend for some, major changes in Asia have been on the quiet side for the past couple of days.  We are still seeing locations with escalating cases take additional measures to contain the virus spread.  Many of us also find ourselves isolated from friends and family and I find myself ever grateful for all the communication tools that exist today which can keep us connected.

Some recent changes to highlight:

  • CAMBODIA – All arrivals into the country across any border will now be quarantined for 14 days at a government facility.
  • THAILAND – The government has automatically extended through April 30th all visa types for foreigners in Thailand.  Mandatory 90-say reporting is also suspended and there will be no fines as previously were in place.
