Program Overview
Tenancy Management provides support to assignees by facilitating landlord-tenant relationships. Our experienced Destination Consultant acts as a single point of contact for assignee needs and then coordinates with the landlord and any required contractors until resolution.
Program Includes
- Initial Consultation
- Single point of contact for the assignee and family
- Work directly with the landlord on assignee’s behalf
- Facilitate any required property repairs and coordinate contractors
- Ensure acquisition of the appropriate documents pertaining to the home
- Maintain copies of the lease agreement
- Notify the company of upcoming or pending lease end dates
- Check with assignee quarterly regarding housing concerns and condition
- Provide support to assignees for housing issues
