Program Overview
At the end of an assignment, we can provide support to the assignee for finalizing any existing obligations and cancelling services. Services are available as a complete departure program package or as a daily package.
Program Includes
- Initial Consultation and where applicable Pre-Inspection
- Rental property inspection report
- Advice to assignee on how to minimize any potential claims
- Negotiations through to resolution of any dilapidations
- Conducts final inspection
- Coordinates return of keys
- Manages any vendors to facilitate necessary repairs
- Organizes utility disconnection, professional cleaning
- Arranges the termination of contracts and services
- Assists with the return of the security deposit
