Cambodia’s  food and beverage scene will take center stage from 10 to 13 September 2026 as Rosewood Phnom Penh hosts the third edition of Taste of Cambodia, a four-day festival celebrating the country’s evolving culinary identity. The event brings together leading chefs, bartenders, artists, and hospitality professionals from Cambodia and across the region, highlighting the growing sophistication and international appeal of Cambodia’s dining landscape.

The festival will offer a varied lineup of activities, such as collaborative dining events, guest chef appearances, cocktail showcases, cultural exhibitions, and live performances. One of the festival’s key themes is blending Cambodian heritage with global culinary influences. International chefs will collaborate with local talent to create unique dining experiences that showcase Khmer ingredients, techniques, and flavors while introducing innovative concepts from across Asia.

Beyond food and drink, the event also demonstrates Cambodia’s commitment to community development. A signature charity dinner during the festival will bring six chefs together for a collaborative culinary experience supporting Il Nodo Cambodia, an organization assisting vulnerable children, young people, and women.

The festival concludes with a celebratory brunch featuring celebrated Khmer cuisine and international favorites, underscoring the diversity and quality increasingly defining Cambodia.

While Cambodia is often recognized for its rich cultural heritage and iconic landmarks such as Angkor Wat, its rapidly developing culinary scene is increasingly a major draw for visitors and expatriates alike.
